Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping options available at checkout

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
